About the business
What is OLGA PRITUMANOVA?
OLGA PRITUMANOVA is a business technology services practice based in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. We help organizations diagnose how tools and processes interact, build practical roadmaps, support implementation and adoption, and establish operating rhythms that keep technology accountable to business outcomes.
What does “business technology services” mean in practice?
It means we work on the intersection of operations and systems: workflow clarity, system-of-record decisions, tool selection support, implementation guidance, adoption, reporting cadence, and governance. We are not a generic marketing agency and not a software reseller.
Where are you located and how can we reach you?
Address: Minsk St 45, MD-2015, Chișinău, Republica Moldova. Email: [email protected]. Website: digitalunittrans.cc. You can also use the contact form for enquiries.
Who leads the work?
Engagements are led through the OLGA PRITUMANOVA practice with a clear point of contact accountable for quality and usefulness of deliverables. See the Practice Profile page for working style and leadership focus.
Fit and clients
Who is the typical client?
Growing SMEs, operations-led teams, and leadership groups dealing with tool sprawl, stalled implementations, weak operational visibility, or unclear technology priorities.
Do you work only in Chișinău?
Our office is in Chișinău. We work with local clients and support remote collaborations when workshops and reviews can run effectively online.
Can you work with our internal IT team or existing vendors?
Yes. We regularly collaborate with internal IT, operations, and external vendors. Our role is to clarify business requirements and keep delivery aligned — not to replace capable teams.
When are you not the right partner?
If you only need the cheapest license purchase, want a tool installed with no process change, need a large staff-augmentation army immediately, or have no internal decision-maker available, another provider may fit better. See the Why Us page.
Services and process
Do you sell or resell software?
No. We remain independent advisors and implementation partners. If a platform is needed, we help you evaluate and implement while you contract licensing with the vendor unless otherwise agreed in writing.
How do engagements start?
Most clients send a short brief via the contact form, then begin with a Diagnostic Sprint or a scoped working session. The Getting Started page lists exactly what to prepare.
How long before we see value?
A Diagnostic Sprint often produces decision-ready clarity within a few weeks. Implementation programs deliver value in stages, usually starting with a focused pilot rather than a full-fleet rollout.
What deliverables do we receive?
Depending on scope: systems/workflow maps, opportunity backlog, decision matrices, 90-day plans, pilot definitions, rollout checklists, KPI definitions, and operating cadence plans. Details are listed per service on the Services page.
What happens after a project ends?
You keep the materials produced. Many clients continue with a light advisory retainer; others run independently using the operating cadence we leave behind.
Commercial and confidentiality
How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on scope, stakeholder access, number of systems, and urgency. Diagnostic work is typically fixed-scope; implementation is project-based; advisory can be a monthly retainer. See the Pricing Guide and Offer pages.
How do you handle confidential information?
Client information is treated as confidential and used to deliver agreed services. Website enquiry data is handled under our Privacy Policy. Broader working standards are described on the Trust page.
Will you publish our company as a case study?
Not without permission. Public “results” examples are anonymized composites unless a client explicitly agrees to be named.
What information should we prepare before contacting you?
A short description of the problem, who is affected, current tools, and any deadline or budget boundary. Screenshots or process notes help but are optional for the first conversation.
