Pricing

How pricing works for our engagements

Transparent commercial logic matters. We do not publish one fixed public price for every situation, because scope varies — but we do explain exactly what drives cost and how proposals are built.

Engagement formats

Packages are detailed on the offer page. In short:

01

Diagnostic Sprint — fixed scope

Best entry point when the problem is felt but not yet framed. Price reflects workshop count, stakeholder access, and reporting depth.

02

Alignment Roadmap — decision-focused

Priced around complexity of systems in scope and the number of options that must be compared.

03

Implementation Companion — project-based

Effort depends on pilot breadth, integration touchpoints, training needs, and launch window support.

04

Advisory retainer — monthly

A defined hours envelope for reviews, prioritization, and decision support. Unused-hour policies are stated in the proposal.

What increases investment

  • Many systems and unclear ownership across teams
  • Multi-site or multi-language operating complexity
  • Compressed timelines
  • Poor data quality requiring cleanup design
  • Need for extensive stakeholder facilitation

What we do not charge for by surprise

  • Basic clarification questions before scoping
  • Hidden “discovery fees” after agreeing a fixed diagnostic
  • Vendor kickbacks presented as independent advice

Software licenses, third-party contractor fees, and your internal staff time are separate from our professional fees.

How you receive a number

1) You send context via contact. 2) We clarify goals and constraints. 3) You receive a written proposal with activities, timeline, commercial terms, and assumptions.

If assumptions change materially, we re-scope before continuing — no silent expansion.
